Nomads finally ended Global's eight game winning streak through a 1-1 draw in Sunday's final match at the University of Makati, leaving Global on equal points with Loyola Meralco Sparks and Kaya FC.

Patrick Reichelt scored for Global in the 7th minute and looked to continue their winning streak, however they were denied a second goal as Nomads prevented each wave of Global attack despite bringing on both Carlie de Murga and Misagh Bahadoran to strengthen the front line.

Nomads' defence held firm and were duly rewarded in the 44th minute after a penalty call in favor of Nomads gave them the chance to square things up. Steven Borril steps up for the spot kick, but his shot was well saved by Jerome Etoundi only for the ball to land in Michael Schaefer's foot to nick in the the equalizer.

The draw sees Nomads in the sixth place behind Philippine Air Force Phoenix while Global were unable to regain the top of the table as Loyola Meralco have a superior goal difference. Nomads will face Philippine Army next Sunday, while Global will look to bounce back as they face Green Archers Globe.
