Azkals Training Camp Pool Released

Preparations for Philippine football is already afoot, now that the list of players to attend the training camps in Bacolod later this month have been released.

Two sets of rosters were posted on the Azkals Official Website on Monday. The first one released is the list of camp participants that would qualify for the U-22 squad. Coached by John Carmona, this squad (which has to be composed of players who were born after January 1, 1991) is preparing for the AFC U-22 Asian Cup Qualifiers to be held in Myanmar this June. This lineup is bannered by famillar names that were part of the teams that participated in the Southeast Asian Games and the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy, as well as famillar names in the UAAP and NCAA.

Although the roster has been released, it is not final, as there are particular names not on the list that the coaching staffs may want to include, such as De La Salle University and Green Archers United Globe FC keeper Patrick Deyto, who has been impressive as the Archers custodian in the UFL.
