Here are the results from last week:
Bayern München vs Chelsea - Took them to the penalty shootout, but Chelsea pulls out a 4-3 victory after a 1-1 draw to secure their first Champions League trophy.
Blackpool versus West Ham - The Hammers return to the Premiership in dramatic style with Ricardo Vaz Te's strike in the 87' for a 2-1 final, fulfilling a promise that Sam Allardyce made after they narrowly missed automatic promotion.
Juventus vs Napoli - The Partenopei ended the unbeaten run of the Bianconeri with a 2-0 victory. The Coppa Italia is the first trophy Napoli has secured in the last two decades.
Hearts vs Hibernian - The Scottish Cup goes the way of Hearts, via a 5-1 win. This would be their eighth Scottish Cup victory for the Tynecastle side.
The Final Weekend:
France
Who wins Ligue 1? - PSG made Montpellier sweat with a 2-1 win over Lorient, but the squad secured the victory and their maiden Ligue 1 title with the same scoreline against relegated Auxerre.
Who stays and who goes down? - Dijon was the second team to go down, thanks to a 5-0 drubbing by Stade Rennes. In spite of the defeat, Lorient managed to escape relegation, as Valenciennes sent Caen down with a 3-1 victory.
